Why accreditation is important to the healthcare professionals?
These credits are mandatory to renew the license to practice medicine in many countries, and even in countries where the credits are not mandatory, they are key for the HCPs’ curriculum, get a position or have a raise.
In all cases, it is demonstrated that having an accredited content will increase the engagement of the HCPs with the content by 80% as it is scientific, unbiased, and up to date.
How long is a course accredited on Xpeer?
Our accreditation lasts up to 2 years with the option for annual updates if needed. Each year, UEMS conducts an audit to ensure content remains relevant, and our scientific team manages the accreditation process.
What’s the current reach of Xpeer?
Xpeer is growing at a very fast pace and our objective is to reach 1 million users in the next years. So far we have 100,000 users on our app, growing at 100-200 users per day on average.
Although reach is important, we base our product strategy on creating deep engagement with the HCPs. Our KPIs speaks for themselves: a minimum of 80% video completion rate, and HCPs connects on Xpeer to watch videos at least 20 minutes/session.

When will I receive the first reports based on the contracted services?
You’ll start receiving detailed reports within the first month after the course launch. These reports will include key metrics such as views, HCPs enrolled, time spent per user, completion rates, satisfaction levels, diplomas awarded, and more.
How to make sure the users are doctors?
Users need to register and confirm they are HCPs. Xpeer as not having product or branding content on the app, we are not required to more layers. Even so, we have a full range of features to ensure this for compliance requirements.
Can I use my existing content for a course, or do you create new content?
We can do both! We can repurpose your existing content, transforming it into accredited courses with videos, images, and interactive formats to enhance engagement and retention.
Alternatively, we can develop completely new content from scratch, either with an author (a practicing physician) or designed entirely by Xpeer with your input.
How long does it take to create a course?
If we're using recycled content, we can typically adapt it within 2 weeks. This includes video production, post-production, syllabus development, and interactive micro-learning modules.
For completely new content, the minimum timeframe is 2 months, as it involves collaborating with medical experts and KOLs during course development.
Do healthcare professionals need to pay to use the Xpeer app?
